Anton is an entrepreneur and operator with experience building businesses, managing teams, and improving day-to-day operations. He founded and ran a cleaning business, growing it from the ground up into an established service company with a recurring customer base and a small team.
His experience includes customer acquisition, hiring, team management, pricing, customer retention, process development, technology, automation, and operating systems. Anton has also worked with tech startups, giving him experience with software, digital systems, automation, growth, and fast-moving operating environments.
His focus is on practical improvements that make businesses easier to manage, more measurable, and better positioned to grow.

Camren Hansen
Construction and field operations.
Camren has years of hands-on experience in residential and small commercial construction, renovation, contracting, and home services. He has personally worked and managed within the business for many years.
His experience includes managing subcontractors, coordinating field teams, workforce management, financial analysis, operational problem-solving, and complex construction projects with budgets exceeding $1 million. Much of his work has been identifying operational inefficiencies and improving decisions around staffing, pricing, coordination, and growth.
